A portrait of Steven Patrick Morrissey – better known simply as Morrissey – on his road to becoming the leader of the Smiths during the 70’s. With Jack Lowden in the leading role and a very particular sense of humor, this film exposes the English musician’s creative influences, as well as his insecurities and his problems while transcending into mainstream culture.
Mark Gill is an English director. He has been recognized by the Royal Television Society, and has been nominated for an Oscar and a BAFTA Award.
