“Through our work, we comprehensively foster the development of diverse communities – addressing housing, health, education, human rights, culture, and employment, in order to improve the quality of life of the population with low economic resources.
Our work is characterized by a comprehensive exercise implemented reciprocally and co-responsibly with the community. Our goal is that the members of this community take over this work from a participatory perspective in order to boost community action.
Our methodology is based on the premise that all social processes must be rooted in the knowledge built by its participants, and so, our methodology adapts itself to this context through a multidisciplinary focus on the community based on a dialogue with them and the exchange of knowledge. Our ultimate goal is to make the inhabitants the main focus in the development of their communities, which we will accomplish through the following strategies:
*To create spaces for exchanging experiences.
*To implement training processes.
*To offer technical and general consultation to the inhabitants of the territories.
*To have teams of community promoters to replicate the work experiences.
*To create work plans with lines of action and deadlines.
*To foster equality by engaging women and at-risk groups in the development of the community.”
